3D Pro zir is manufactured using Aidite’s most advanced production technology, delivering a layer-free natural shade gradient that transitions seamlessly from the cervical to incisal regions.
Engineered to fuse exceptional translucency with superior strength, 3D Pro zir achieves a maximum flexural strength of up to 1100 MPa, making it ideal for a wide range of restorative indications—from single crowns to 14-unit full arch bridges.
This innovative 4Y-5Y PSZ multilayer zirconia ensures lifelike aesthetics while maintaining long-term durability and functional reliability.

Bionic Performance
Co-developed by Aidite and Peking University School of Stomatology, 3D Pro zir mimics natural teeth in esthetics and abrasion behavior, delivering true biomimetic performance.
High Strength
With a flexural strength of up to 1100 MPa, 3D Pro zir contributes to the stability of long-span bridges, and can accommodate a wide range of clinical indications.
Layerless Transition
Matching the color transition of natural teeth from cervical to incisal, 3D Pro zir has a smooth color gradient without visible layer.
Fast Delivery
Combining advanced material properties with the 3D Pro zir Rapid Aesthetic Solution, labs can fabricate and deliver restorations in 24 hours.
3D Pro zir is available in 16 shades of the classical shade guide, 3 bleach shades OM1/OM2/OM3, and 6 neutral shades 1M1/4M2/4M3/5M1/5M2/5M3. For further personalized characterization, Biomic Stain&Glaze can be used. 3D Pro zir streamlines the process of achieving high aesthetics.
To ensure accurate and consistent color outcomes, it is highly recommended to use Aidite’s lift-type sintering furnaces, such as CSF-200L and CSF-400Pro. These furnaces provide a stable and uniform thermal environment. It is best to avoid large-opening (side-opening) furnaces, which may lead to uneven temperatures and affect the final result.
